Step 1: Maximum Web Exposure

In order to maximize your properties exposure to potential buyers, I’ll utilize all the web has to offer. People search property on the web before they even think about stepping foot in the door. I’ll maximize your property’s web visibility through the following channels:

  • A professional setup and submission of your listing to the MLS. This enables visibility to all brokers across Illinois and the United states.
  • Design an exclusive listing page on MrNaperville.com
  • Purchase a custom domain name for your listing. I.E. “www.1234WrightStreet.com” linked to MrNaperville.com.
  • Create a custom slideshow and virtual tour posted to my YouTube page, linked to the MrNaperville.com Facebook page and twitter account as well. The custom slideshow will also be posted on your exclusive MrNaperville.com Listing page.
  • Complete submission of your listing to all major web based “home search engines”.
  • Zillow Property Profile
  • Trulia Property Profile
  • Realtor.com Property Profile

Step 2: Professional Pictures 

Professional Pictures: What good does all that web exposure do you if the pictures look like poop! How many times have you seen a property online and it looks like the agent took the pictures with his / her cellphone… I take pride in putting out a quality professional photography with every listing. Each image on averages takes about 20-30 minutes of post-production processing to properly balance color and exposure in order to recreate the real feel of actually being there without actually being there. Professional pictures make your listing more desirable and in turn drive more potential buyers through the door.

Step 3: Availability, and the Goodness

If there is one constant in this world, great things happen when you do good by people. I like to call this “The Goodness” and it’s never let me down. If it’s 2am and you’re lying awake in bed wondering, “Was the contract signed? Did the inspection go well? What did the potential buyers think of the property? What’s the next step?” you must have signed on with another agent. I’d never leave you hanging like that. Piece of mind is priceless.

I make sure I’m available when you need me and keep tabs on where we are in the process so you don’t need to worry about the “what if’s.” Same goes for individuals / agents looking to tour your property. I’ll make sure they have the resources needed to access your home when it’s mutually convenient for both parties. Current inventory on the market, your homes condition, buyer’s circumstances, financing and a slue of other factors will all go into assessing your homes value. I’ll make sure there is a clear understanding of all those factors before we put your home on the market. No one wants to walk away from a deal with a sour taste in his or her mouth.

Just know I’ll work my tail off to get you the maximum dollar current market situations will yield for your property. To sum it up, I’ll treat you the way I would want to be treated if I was on the other end of pen. When you do good things, good things happen!
